Our classes / Timings of school day
The school is divided into four classes:-
- Ducklings in The Cabin provides a stimulating early years environment with a vast outdoor area;
- Puffins consists of Year 1 and 2 pupils, situated in our new classrooms along with Kingfishers which is for Year 3 and 4 pupils.
- Grebes consists of our oldest children (Years 5 and 6) and are situated on the first floor of the School House.

A Class Day
The timetable varies from day to day, an example of a day at Tattingstone Primary School is detailed below.
8.45am-8.50am 8.50am - 9.20am | Children arrive at school Registration takes place and children and take part in assembly |

| 10.55am - 11.10am | Playtime / 1st Break |
| 11.10m - 12.10pm | Second session |
| 12.10pm - 1.10pm | Lunch |
| 1.10pm - 2.40pm | Third session |
| 2.40pm - 2.50pm | Playtime / 2nd Break (EYFS / KS1 only) |
| 2.50pm - 3.20pm | Fourth session and Home time |
Assemblies occur everyday and timings depend on the day. Currently assemblies are held first thing on a Monday and Friday and then Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday assemblies take place at the end of the school day.
